With the exception of two years he was stationed in Germany with the Army, Glenn Naylor has lived in West Tennessee his entire life. He and his wife, Charlotte Garner Naylor, have two children and two grandchildren.

Glenn retired from Greyhound Bus Lines after 28 years of service, spent 22 years in row crop farming, has been involved in cattle farming since 1973, and has been a real estate agent since 1989. In addition to these professional activities, he has served on the Chester County School Board since 1992 and the Chester County Soil Conservation Board. As a Mason, he is a member of the Burcair Lodge #771, the Scottish Right and the Al-Chymia Temple.
